Monte Carlo Recognized as a DataOps Leader by G2
Thanks to the continued support and partnership from the pioneers of data reliability, Monte Carlo has achieved three new and exciting milestones from G2: Best Support, Easiest To Do Business With, and High Performer for Summer and Fall 2021.
G2, the peer-to-peer product review site, helps consumers choose the best services and products for their business, including Data Observability platforms like Monte Carlo. Since launching in 2019, we’ve been committed to delivering both the best possible user experience on our platform by releasing new features, integrations, and partnerships with industry leaders like Snowflake, Looker, and PagerDuty.
Building our Data Observability platform was only one-half of this equation. To really deliver on our vision for data reliability, we need to ensure that customers are getting the support they need and that we continue to iterate on our offerings to meet the needs of our users.
To this end, Customer Success is core to our DNA. Before Monte Carlo, Barr Moses, our CEO and co-founder, and I were leaders at Gainsight, creator of industry-defining Customer Success software and inventor of the Customer Success category. Working with companies across industries, we witnessed firsthand the difference it makes when organizations build a product that puts customer needs first.
