Big Data LDN takes place 24-25 September 2025 in Olympia, London on Hammersmith Road, London W14 8UX. On the 24th, the event is from 09:00 – 18:00 and on the 25th, the event is from 09:00 – 17:30. It’s accessible via the Olympia Grand entrance and the Olympia National Entrance. Attendees can use the Underground, local buses, taxis, or cars. The local Underground stops are:
- Barons Court (Piccadilly & District line) – 8-min
- Hammersmith (Piccadilly & District line) – 10-min
- West Brompton (District line) – 15-min
- High Street Kensington (Circle line) – 15-min
The following local buses also stop within walking distance of the venue:

- No. 23: Westbourne Park to/from Hammersmith
- No. 27: Chalk Farm to/from Turnham Green
